The invoice we send together with your purchased good is a certificate of guarantee. Therefore, please keep the invoices that will be sent to you carefully. Read the users’ manual and users’ instructions carefully before using our products.
1- ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
You have to open and check the parcels that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the shipping officer. If you think that there is damage with the good and you paid the shipping company the price, you may not take the good, have an official report written by the shipping company, and demand a new product. Keep in mind that when the product is received, you accept that the shipping company has fulfilled their job. The return policy for cosmetics and personal products are not to have opened and used the product. The return of the product is valid if all the standard accessories of the product and if there is any gift given along with the product, the gift must be sent back with their original packages undamaged and as a whole.
2- FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your return reason is found acceptable , the faulty product will be changed with a new one after having sent the invoice with the returned product. Transportation expenses for the return will be paid by you.
